Abstract:
Disclosed is a genetic testing device, which comprises a safe cabinet, an airflow control system, a first processing module used for processing an amplification reagent and a PCR plate, a second processing module used for processing a reagent, a tip, and a genetic sample, a sample loading module used for loading the amplification reagent into micropores of the PCR plate, a purification processing module used for processing the genetic sample, an amplification and testing module used for genetic amplification and testing, a heat sealer used for sealing the PCR plate, logistic transport module A, logistic transport module B, and logistic transport module C. Automated, contamination-free, and highly efficient genetic testing is achieved by means of the genetic testing device of the present invention, at the same time, only a minor part in a testing process involves manual operation, and the intensity of the manual operation is low.
