Provided are a Geometrid moth-controlling composition comprising henicosapentaene, a method for preparation of a Geometrid moth-controlling composition, a Geometrid moth-controlling trap, a Geometrid moth-controlling method, a Geometrid moth-monitoring method. According to the present invention, Geometrid moths can be monitored for the incidence density thereof and the injurious insect can be controlled in an eco-friendly manner by lowering the density thereof through mass trapping or mating disruption.
