Abstract:
A geothermal heat pump device comprises a heat pump heat source unit that has a refrigerant circuit in which there are sequentially connected a compressor, a water-refrigerant heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and a refrigerant-brine heat exchanger to which a heat medium from an underground heat exchanger embedded in the ground is connected in a circulating manner; a hot water heating unit for circulating and supplying hot water that has been heated by the water-refrigerant heat exchanger for space heating or hot water supply; and a control device for controlling the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor on the basis of the limit value of the collected heat that is set based on a comparison of the inlet/outlet temperature of the heating medium circulating to the refrigerant brine heat exchanger and the unitary actual evaporation performance calculated from the circulation flow amount.
