Abstract:
An input interface is provided with a means for acquiring operation information
indicative of a gesture and an interface means for generating information to
operate an object on a desktop of a computer based on the operation information,
so that the interface is natural and intuitive for a human being to operate by means
of his or her gesture (action). At this time, by matching with a template for recognizing
user's operation, a suitable event is output and an object is operated.
The object includes a pi-menu in which menu items are provided in a circular shape
and a user can select his or her desired menu item from the pi-menu in response to
his or her wrist twist angle.
