Abstract:
A gimbal and a control method therefor, and a movable platform. The method comprises: acquiring an operation parameter of a gimbal, the operation parameter of the gimbal comprising a desired attitude of the gimbal (S201); if it is detected that the operation parameter matches a preset condition for manually manipulating the gimbal, determining the attitude switching speed of the gimbal according to the desired attitude and the real-time attitude of the gimbal when being manually manipulated (S202); and according to the direction of manually manipulating the gimbal and the attitude switching speed, controlling the desired attitude to be a real-time attitude (S203). When a gimbal is manually manipulated, the present method can control, according to the direction in which the gimbal is manually manipulated and an attitude switching speed determined according to a desired attitude and a real-time attitude of the gimbal when being manually manipulated, the desired attitude to tend to the real-time attitude, so that the gimbal stays at a position corresponding to the real-time attitude of the gimbal when being manually manipulated. The operation process is simple and intuitive, the positioning accuracy is high, and the attitude switching speed of the gimbal can be adjusted in real time. This helps to avoid the situation where the gimbal moves back and forth when it moves to the real-time attitude.
