Abstract:
A ginkgo biloba extract medicinal raw material and a preparation method therefor, the ginkgo biloba extract medicinal raw material comprising a mixture formed by compounding a general lactone purification product and a general flavonoid purification product extracted from a crude extract of ginkgo biloba leaves, wherein the general lactone purification product comprises a first general lactone and a first general flavonoid, while the general flavonoid purification product comprises a second general lactone and a second general flavonoid, and in the mixture, the ratio of the total content of the first general lactone and the second general lactone to the total content of the first general flavonoid and the second general flavonoid is 1-2: 1-2. The preparation method comprises the following: determining the contents of the first general lactone, the first general flavonoid, the second general lactone, and the second general flavonoid, and then compounding the general lactone purification product and the general flavonoid purification product according to the ratio so as to form a mixture.
