Abstract:
A glass breakage detection device and method. The glass breakage detection device comprises a packaging housing having an accommodating space, and an MEMS microphone, a pressure sensor, an ASIC chip, and a DSP chip that are installed in the accommodating space, the DSP chip being electrically connected to the MEMS microphone and the pressure sensor. The MEMS microphone comprises a back cavity and a leakage port communicating the back cavity and the accommodating space. The packaging housing is provided with a sound inlet hole communicated with the back cavity, and the sound passes through the leakage port from the sound inlet hole to the pressure sensor. The glass breakage detection device and method can reduce energy consumption and can implement accurate detection of glass breakage.
