Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a glass cloth for a membrane ceiling that is highly safe in dropping, has excellent ability to absorb sounds in a low frequency domain corresponding to the human voice frequency domain and shows light shielding properties and incombustibility.
The glass cloth having a double-woven structure composed of a non-bulky textured glass fiber yarn as one yarn and a bulky textured glass fiber yarn as the other yarn, wherein the sum (A+B) of the web density (A) of the non-bulky textured glass fiber yarn and the web density (B) of the bulky textured glass fiber yarn is 80-93 pieces/25 mm, the ratio (B/A) thereof is 0.65-0.95, and the aperture ratio of the glass cloth is 0.02-1.0%.
