Abstract:
Provided is a glass cloth which can be made lighter and produced efficiently, which can suppress the generation of pin holes in the prepregs comprising said glass cloth, and which can maintain an excellent appearance. This glass cloth is composed of warp yarns and weft yarns in which 30-44 glass filaments of 3.0-4.0 µm diameter have been bundled. The weave density of the warp yarns and weft yarns is 100-125 yarns/25 mm. The thickness is 6.5 -11.0 µm. The glass yarn coverage C is 85.5-99.5%. The glass yarn coverage C, the average number F of glass filaments constituting said warp yarns and weft yarns, and the average weave density D of the warp yarns and weft yarns satisfy formula (1).
