Abstract:
A glass composition which comprises main components consisting of, in % by mass: 50-80% of TeO2; 0-30% of Bi2O3; 0-30% of WO3; 0-30% of ZnO; 0-30% of BaO; 0-30% of GeO2; and 0-30% of Ga2O3, and to which at least one of the following elements to be added is introduced: 1-1000 mg/kg of Si4+; 1-1000 mg/kg of B3+; 1-1000 mg/kg of P5+; 1-1000 mg/kg of Li+; 1-1000 mg/kg of Na+; 1-1000 mg/kg of K+; 1-1000 mg/kg of Mg2+; 1-1000 mg/kg of Ca2+; and 1-1000 mg/kg of Al3+.
