Abstract:
This glass diaphragm comprises: a glass sheet structure; and a mounting unit fixed to the glass sheet structure. The mounting unit includes an attachment part for attaching a connection part to which vibration is transmitted by means of a vibrator which vibrates the glass sheet structure. The attachment part has a coated layer at at least a portion opposite to the connection part.
