Abstract:

Disclosed are a glass fiber group and a fabrication method therefor, and a glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material and a fabrication method therefor. The fabrication method for the glass fiber group is characterized in that glass fiber is produced by using a centrifugal method, and then the glass fiber is produced by using a wet or dry molding process to obtain a glass fiber group of a predetermined shape. In the present invention, since the glass fiber is fabricated by using the centrifugal method, the wet molding process may significantly reduce glass slag and powdered glass, reduce the phenomenon of non-fiberization in the composite material, and enable all added glass materials to achieve the effect of enhancing the resin performance. The glass fiber in the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material has a longer retention length, the content of the glass fiber is stable and controllable, and the glass fiber is uniformly dispersed. The mechanical strength and performance of the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material of the present invention are improved and more stable.
