METHOD
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the roofing and facing panels used in the industrial structures and in the structures such as agriculture, livestock and sports facilities.
STATE OF THE ART
There have been various materials and methods developed and used in roofing and facing in the buildings and facilities. Concrete, tiles, plastic materials, waterproof coatings comprising pitch, wood, waterproof chemicals and dyes, and metal coatings may be considered as the examples of them. There are many disadvantages in terms of the usage areas and application types of these coatings. For example, plastic usages should be avoided in a location receiving too much sunlight and concrete and wood usages should be avoided in a location receiving too much rain. Besides, the strength and cost of the selected material are also significant factors. These costs will be increased in the case of coating a big facility, a factory or a sports facility. The invention of the application is a waterproof coating panel having high strength against any climate conditions and it decreases the costs significantly. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glass fiber reinforced roofing and facing panel and production method thereof developed for eliminating the disadvantages mentioned above and providing novel advantages in the related technical field.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, preferred alternatives of the glass fiber reinforced roofing and facing panel and production method of the invention are described for better understanding the subject and without any limiting effect.
The invention is that the prepared glass fiber is molded by mixing it with unsaturated polyester resin and filler, and during this coating resin and the filler transform into a waterproof panel (1) especially resistant to the chemicals by compounding with glass fiber. Produced panel (1) is applied by mounting via fixing materials (2).
Hot press molding layer is prepared by mixing glass fiber with polyester and filler consisting of calcium carbonate-based Calcite and ATH as the filling material, then pressing process of this substance is performed by heat in steel molds. Thermal pressing is carried out for 4-5 minutes in 150°C-160°C preferably. Firstly, glass fiber is clipped so as to be in the middle within non-cured resin in the production process. The resulting structure is left for thickening by turning into a layer between two films. Thickened product finally becomes a thermal pressing molding layer. After this process, the obtained material is pressed in the steel molds under high temperature and pressure and becomes a roofing and facing panel (1 ) as the final state of the product. The panel (1) which is produced in this way is resistant to the chemicals, waterproof and also resistant to the fire and it is certified with UL94-V0 incombustibility certificate. While it is presently used as sheet metal, wood, concrete and similar materials, the invention is a roofing and facing panel (1) to be used advantageously in all facilities where one may be exposed to the chemicals, which provides low costs and high efficiency.
