Abstract:
A glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded article in which glass fibers having fiber lengths indicated in (A) through (D) are dispersed in the ratios (ratio with respect to the overall number of fiber-shaped fillers) indicated in (A) through (D), the molded article being colored by containing a dye and/or a pigment having an average particle diameter of 30 nm or less. It is therefore possible to provide a glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded article which is colored and is provided with adequate strength characteristics such as strain tolerance and excellent mechanical strength when in a high-temperature atmosphere or when water is absorbed thereby, without taking measures such as increasing the molding wall thickness. (A) 0.05 mm to less than 0.5 mm: 40-80%. (B) 0.5 mm to less than 1.0 mm: 15-40%. (C) 1.0 mm to less than 3.0 mm: 2-30%. (D) 3.0 mm or greater: 1% or less.
