Abstract:
Provided is a glass film laminate roll 1 formed by winding a glass film laminate 3. The glass film laminate 3 comprises a long glass film 4, lead films 5, 6 that are connected to the longitudinal ends of the glass film 4, and a protective film 7 that is bonded to a first main surface 4c of the glass film 4 in order to protect the glass film 4. The protective film 7 juts out farther toward the lead-film 5, 6 side than longitudinal ends 4a, 4b of the glass film 4, and moreover is configured so that the protective film 7 and the longitudinal ends 4a, 4b of the glass film 4 are directly bonded together, and so that the protective film 7 and longitudinal ends 5b, 6a of the lead films 5, 6 are directly bonded together.
