Abstract:
A glass heating bottle with a far-infrared heat-generation film comprises a glass bottle body and a control seat. The glass bottle body is fabricated and formed by adopting borosilicate glass. A heat-generation layer of resistors formed by printing electrical heating film slurry on a bottom surface of the glass bottle body by adopting a screen printing technique is provided on the bottom surface of the glass bottle body. Two electrode layers are applied on a surface of the heat-generation layer to serve as electrical conductors. A control circuit board is provided inside the control seat. The control circuit board comprises a circuit control module, a PWM direct current output module, and a detection and control module. The heating bottle solves current safety problems caused by rupture of the part of a glass bottle heat-generation body and leakage of heated liquid because of unstable input power and direct power supply.
