Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve, in glass having a light control element, the response speed of the light control element at low temperature. This glass is for a vehicle and comprises a glass plate, a see-through area defined in the glass, and a light control element which enables light transmittance to be switched, and which is disposed in at least a portion of an area of the glass plate overlapping the see-through area in plan view. The light control element comprises: a light control layer; a pair of conductive thin films that sandwich the light control layer; a light control bus bar that passes an electric current to the pair of conductive thin films so as to drive the light control layer; and a heating bus bar that heats at least one of the pair of conductive thin films.
