A glass member comprises a first glass substrate (11), a second glass substrate (12), a sheet-shaped intermediate film (13), and a transparent heat generating portion (14) which is formed or disposed on at least one of one surface and the other surface of the intermediate film, wherein the transparent heat generating portion and the intermediate film are integrated by being sandwiched between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate.
