Abstract:

A glass pane processing device (1), comprising a cut line forming head (4) for forming cut lines (3) in a glass pane (2), a breaking means (5) for breaking the glass pane (2) with the cut lines (3) by bending along the cut lines (3), a grinding head (7) for grinding the peripheral edges (6) of the broken glass pane (2), a mirror polishing head (8) for mirror-polishing the peripheral edges (6) of the ground glass pane (2) so that the peripheral edges (6) are finished to a mirror surface, a cut line forming support stand (9) for supporting the glass pane (2) in which the cut lines (3) are to be formed, a breaking support stand (10) for supporting the glass pane (2) to be broken, a grinding support stand (11) for supporting the glass pane (2) having the peripheral edges (6) to be ground, a mirror polishing support stand (12) for supporting the glass pane (2) having the peripheral edges (6) to be mirror-polished, a moving means (13) for moving the cut line forming head (4), the grinding head (7), and a mirror polishing head (8), and a conveying means (15) for conveying the glass pane (2).
