Abstract:
Disclosed is a glass pane working apparatus (1) for rotating and stopping a glass pane (2) by 90 degrees by a rotary suction cup (16) and for moving the rotary suction cup (16) and the glass pane (2) linearly in every stop states, so that a straight edge (19) at the lower end of the glass pane (2) rotated and positioned in parallel with the linear movement direction can be ground by passing same through a grinding wheel (23). Separately of the rotary suction cup (16), an auxiliary suction cup (27) for sucking and fixing the glass pane (2) and moving linearly together with the glass pane (2) is disposed at a position near the inner side, through which the grinding point of the grinding wheel (23) passes.
