Abstract:
The purpose is to provide a glass plate with an edge cover that has durability against impacts acting from various directions on the edges or bevels of the glass plate as well as durability against sunlight. A glass plate with an edge cover having a glass plate and a resin layer adhered via a primer layer to the edges of the glass plate, characterized in that the thickness (d1) in the plate thickness direction of the glass plate from a main surface of the glass plate to the surface of the resin layer is 0.1-0.9 mm inclusive, the width (d2) of the resin layer covering the two main surfaces of the glass plate is 0.1-1.1 mm inclusive, the thickness (d3) in the direction perpendicular to the edge of the glass plate from the edge of the glass plate to the surface of the resin layer is 0.1-0.9 mm inclusive, and the resin layer does not detach from the glass plate within 15 days in an accelerated weathering test.
