Abstract:
Provided is a glass which can be reduced in the risk of glass scattering. A glass 1 having C-chamfered edge parts, which comprises a glass main body 2, a reinforcing layer 3 formed on a surface of the glass main body 2, and a protection film 4 attached to a surface of the reinforcing layer 3, in which a portion starting from a C-chamfered vertex O in the reinforcing layer 3 (i.e., an edge part 4a1 in a film support 4a, an edge part 4b1 in an adhesive layer 4b) is removed from the protection film 4, and a portion 3a1 corresponding to a C-chamfered vertex O in the reinforcing layer 3 is removed from the reinforcing layer 3.
