Abstract:
A glass provided with an antireflective film, having a glass substrate having first and second surfaces, and a first layered film disposed on the first surface of the glass substrate, the glass provided with an antireflective film characterized in that the first layered film has an antireflective function, the first layered film has at least four layers including a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer from the side of the glass substrate near the first layer, the second layer is disposed adjacent to the first layer and has a different refractive index than the first layer, the third layer is configured from a layer disposed directly below the fourth layer and having silica as the main component thereof and not including zirconia, and the fourth layer being configured from silica doped with zirconia, and having an average hydrogen concentration Cav of less than 10 atomic%.
