Abstract:
A glass substrate provided with a black matrix. The glass substrate comprises a glass substrate (10) and a black matrix array (101) formed on the glass substrate (101), wherein the thickness of the black matrix gradually reduces from the middle to the two ends. The manufacturing method for the glass substrate comprises the steps of: providing a glass substrate and forming a black matrix film layer on the glass substrate; applying an exposure process and a development process to the black matrix film layer to obtain a black matrix array, wherein a exposure photomask is corresponding to the exposure region of each black matrix during the exposure process, and the exposure quantity gradually reduces from the middle to the two ends. Also disclosed is a liquid crystal panel that comprises the glass substrate and that integrates a color filter to a thin film transistor array substrate (color filter on array, COA).
