Abstract:
A glass substrate transfer system and a mechanical arm thereof. The mechanical arm (100) comprises a substrate fork (110), a movable assembly (120), a vacuum suction disk (130), and a heat dissipation assembly (150). The substrate fork (110) is used for picking up a glass substrate (200). The movable assembly (120) is connected to the substrate fork (110) and is used for enabling the substrate fork (110) to move in the working space. The vacuum suction disk (130) is disposed on the substrate fork (110) and is used for sucking the glass substrate (200). The heat dissipation assembly (150) is disposed at a side edge of the substrate fork (110), the movable assembly (120) or the vacuum suction disk (130), and is used for moving to a position above the vacuum suction disk (130) when the vacuum suction disk (130) is heated and does not suck and hold the glass substrate (200), so as to carry out heat dissipation on the vacuum suction disk (130). The glass substrate transfer system and the mechanical arm thereof can cool the vacuum suction disk in time and prevent product quality from being affected by overheating of the vacuum suction disk, thereby improving the defect-free rate.
