Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide glass to be chemically strengthened which exhibits a thermal expansion coefficient and high-temperature viscosity which are of the same level as said coefficient and viscosity of conventional soda-lime glass, while making it possible to achieve high strength due to a chemical strengthening treatment. The present invention pertains to glass to be chemically strengthened which has a specific composition and exhibits an average linear thermal expansion coefficient of 75-95×10-7/K at 50-350°C.
