Title:
GLASS USED IN WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MATERIAL, WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MATERIAL, WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MEMBER, AND LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/106923
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a glass used in a wavelength conversion material comprising an inorganic phosphor, with which there is little property degradation of the inorganic phosphor when the glass is fired during production and with which a wavelength conversion member having excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance can be obtained. The glass for a wavelength conversion material has a softening point of less than 700˚C and comprises, by mass%, 40 to 70% of SiO2, 0 to 25% of B2O3, 0.1 to 20% of Al2O3, 0 to 10% of Li2O, 0 to 15% of Na2O, 0 to 15% of K2O, 0.1 to 25% of Li2O + Na2O + K2O, 0. 1 to 20 % of BaO, and 0 to 20% of ZnO.
