Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide gloves which are made by using a thin textile as the base material and therefore have such strength as not to cause breakage easily, a small thickness, and softness inherent in textile; which are produced by the steric forming of coating raw gloves in a state applied to hand models and therefore have advantages that the gloves enable good working owing to their excellent fitness to the hands, that they exhibit such moisture permeability and waterproofness as not to cause sweatiness or the invasion of water from the outside, that they little suffer from the peeling and breakage of coating layers by immoderate tension or external force, and that they can be used repeatedly through cleaning or washing; and which do not cause sweatiness even in long-time use and enable minute working such as touch panel operation in a clean room, and a process for the production of the gloves. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Gloves produced by making a raw glove of a textile having a tensile strength of 170% or above in the warp direction and a thickness of 500μm or below, covering the raw glove with a foamed urethane resin layer by a wet film-formation method through impregnation, and then forming a nonporous, moisture-permeable and waterproof polyurethane resin layer on the foamed urethane resin layer.
