Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of polypeptide medical chemistry. Disclosed are a series of GLP-1 agonist polypeptide compounds. For the deficiencies of in-vivo stability, hypoglycemic and weight reduction effects, side effects, etc. of existing compounds, a series of GLP-1 agonist polypeptide compounds having better hypoglycemic activity and weight reduction effect by utilizing a dual mechanism of action are provided. The amino acid sequence of the GLP-1 agonist polypeptide compounds is: HXaa1EGTFTSDVSSYLEXaa2QAAXaa3EFIAWLVRGRG, and the C-terminal amino acid of the polypeptide compounds is amidated as a C-terminal carboxyl group or a carboxyl group. Further disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutical compositions, and medicaments of the polypeptide compounds. The polypeptide compounds of the present invention have both hypoglycemic and weight reduction effects, and can serve as an effective raw material for preparing a drug for treating or preventing diabetes or a drug for weight reduction.
