Abstract:
Disclosed are a compound represented by general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an easily-hydrolytic prodrug ester thereof or an isomer thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound used as a sodium glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitor for treating or suspending diabetes mellitus, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, and insulin resistance-related diseases.
