Abstract:
A glue coating device for a strengthening core, comprising: a glue containing tank (1), a guide wheel set (2), and a glue coating wheel (3). The glue containing tank (1) is filled with coating glue (5). The guide wheel set (2) comprises at least two guide wheels and is used for guiding the strengthening core (6). The glue coating wheel (3) is disposed in the glue containing tank (1) and is located between the at least two guiding wheels. A first part of the glue coating wheel (3) is immersed in the coating glue (5). The strengthening core (6) penetrates in one guide wheel of the guide wheel set (2) and out of the other guide wheel of the guide wheel set (2) after passing through the first part of the glue coating wheel for N times, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. The glue coating device for the strengthening core has a simplified structure, saves the labor and time, improves the production efficiency and the product quality, and reduces glue waste.
