Abstract:
A glue-free assembled comb comprises a bottom base (1) provided with a concave center part (15); a sheet-shaped elastic base body (3) which is contained in the concave center part (15) of the bottom base (1) by bending outwardly; and comb teeth (5) which are provided on the base body (3) and bulge outside the outer surface of the base body (3). The comb further comprises a ring-shaped pinch plate (2) provided with a central through hole (24), and the pinch plate (2) is disposed in the concave center part (15) of the bottom base (1). The edge part of the base body (3) is fixed between the pinch plate (2) and the bottom base (1) by the cooperative connection between the pinch plate (2) and the bottom base (1), so that the comb teeth (5) are exposed by passing through the central through hole (24) of the pinch plate (2).
