Abstract:
A glue injection machine comprises a rack (1), a glue feeding assembly (2), a flow adjustment assembly (3), a glue injection die assembly (4), and a control device (5). The control device (5) is fixedly disposed on the left side of the upper part of the rack (1), and is used for controlling operation of the glue injection machine. The glue injection die assembly (4) comprises a die sleeve (4-1). A wire passing hole (4-1a) running through the left and right parts of the die sleeve (4-1) is formed in the middle part of the die sleeve (4-1), and the wire passing hole (4-1a) comprises a glue injection section (4-1a-1) and a wire outlet section (4-1a-2). The glue injection section (4-1a-1) is of a circular table shape with a big left part and a small right part; the right end of the glue injection section (4-1a-1) and the left end of the wire outlet section (4-1a-2) are in smooth transition. A glue injection hole (4-1b) connected to the glue injection section (4-1a-1) of the wire passing hole (4-1a) is formed in the upper part of the die sleeve (4-1). An annular glue injection groove (4-1c) with an inward opening is also formed in the glue injection section (4-1a-1) of the wire passing hole (4-1a) of the die sleeve (4-1), and the glue injection groove (4-1c) is connected to the wire passing hole (4-1a) and the glue injection hole (4-1b). A gear pump glue outlet (3-1b) of a gear pump (3-1) is connected to the glue injection hole (4-1b) of the die sleeve (4-1) in a sealed manner through a corresponding pipeline and a pipe joint.
