Abstract:
A glue-mixing method for high-viscosity two-component glue, comprising the following steps: preheating a resin component; degassing the resin component; preheating a curing agent component; using a screw pump for metering and conveying the preheated resin component into a dynamic mixer; using a gear pump for metering and conveying the preheated curing agent component into the dynamic mixer; mixing the resin component and the curing agent component into two-component glue in the dynamic mixer; and outputting the mixed two-component glue from the rear end of the dynamic mixer.
