Abstract:
A gluing apparatus, comprising a movable supporting mesa (12) for supporting a substrate (10), a mask (13) having a holed pattern, an alignment system (14), and a coating nozzle (15). The mask (13) is arranged above the movable supporting mesa (12) and is spaced apart from the substrate (10). The orthographic projection of the mask (13) on the movable supporting mesa (12) completely covers the substrate (10). The alignment system (14) is arranged at a side of the mask (13) above the movable supporting mesa (12). The coating nozzle (15) is arranged directly above the mask (13) and used for spraying a coating onto the mask (13).
