Abstract:

Disclosed is a gluing device for battery production, which comprises a frame (1), a gluing mechanism (2), a module height measuring mechanism (3) and a gluing amount control mechanism, wherein the gluing mechanism (2) is mounted on the frame (1); The module height measuring mechanism (3) is used for measuring height differences of a plurality of batteries in a battery module (6); The gluing amount control mechanism communicates with both the module height measuring mechanism (3) and the gluing mechanism (2), and the gluing amount control mechanism is arranged to control the gluing amount of the gluing mechanism (2) to a plurality of batteries respectively according to the height differences. In the process of gluing a bottom plate (7) of the battery module (6) by the gluing device, the gluing amount of the bottom of each battery can be flexibly changed according to the actual sizes of the batteries in the battery module (6), to prevent the problem of glue shortage or glue overflow.
