Abstract:
A gluing and primary laminating synchronizer for producing corrugated paperboard comprises
a main frame formed by a wall plate (1) and a linking support (2). A primary laminating
roller (3), an adjusting roller (4) for primary laminating, and a sliding block
assembly (6) are mounted on the wall plate. The sliding block assembly comprises
an adhesive pressing roller (8) and an adhesive applying roller (7). The primary
laminating roller is connected with the single power of the corrugated paper
machine or driven directly by a synchrodrive. Said primary laminating roller
drives separately the adjusting roller and the adhesive applying roller bythe
meshing gears. The device could be mounted on the single-face corrugated paper
machine directly, and paper-collecting bracket is omitted. The gluing and laminating
are combined integrally so that the difficulty of gluing is reduced.
