Abstract:
The present invention relates to a glycosyltransferase variant, a composition for producing steviol glycosides using same, and a method for preparing same, and more specifically, to: a glycosyltransferase and a mutant enzyme of rebaudioside, wherein the enzymes transfer glucose to steviol glycosides; a recombinant strain expressing the enzymes; and a method for producing rebaudioside, which is a steviol glycoside, by using the enzymes and recombinant strain.
