Abstract:
A glycyrrhizin-containing suppository composition for rectal infusion which comprises at least one member selected from among glycyrrhizin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a nonionic surfactant, an oily base, and water and which exhibits a solid-liquid phase transition point of 10 to 4500Pa at 37&ring C; and a glycyrrhizin-containing suppository composition for rectal infusion which comprises at least one member selected from among glycyrrhizin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, an oily base, water, and an alkali.
