Abstract:
A GOA circuit (2) and a display panel (1), wherein in GOA sub-circuits of the GOA circuit (2) at the left and right sides of the display panel (1), and among two GOA units of a same level, only an all gate on module (101) is connected in one GOA unit, and only an all gate off module (102) is connected in the other GOA unit, thereby causing the number of all gate on modules (101) and all gate off modules (102) required by the GOA circuit (2) to be reduced by half, reducing area occupied by the GOA circuit (2), and facilitating the implementation of the narrow bezel display panel (1).
