Abstract:
A GOA driving unit, comprising: a pull-up control module; a pull-up/level transmission module connected to the pull-up control module at the same level; a pull-down module separately connected to a scanning signal output end and a pull-up control signal input end of the pull-up/level transmission module at the same level; a bootstrap module separately connected to the scanning signal output end and the pull-up control signal input end on the pull-up/level transmission module at the same level; and a pull-down maintenance module. GOA driving units in two adjacent levels share a pull-down maintenance module, so that fewer transistors are used and wiring design is simplified. The GOA layout design space is reduced, and power consumption of a circuit is lowered.
