Abstract:

A goal achievement evaluation device has: a storage area for storing a software program; and a CPU for executing the software program. The CPU sets a confirmation time point in advance between a start time point and a final time point when a final goal value of an evaluation index is to be achieved, compares, at the confirmation time point, an actual value of the evaluation index with a temporary goal value at the confirmation time point which is determined on the basis of the final goal value, and determines whether the final goal value can be achieved at the final time point or not on the basis of a result of the comparison between the actual value and the temporary goal value at the confirmation time point.
