Abstract:
There are several solutions raised to solve more than a problem in the world of the football which its main aim becomes helping the referees to optimally manage the match, so this invention comes to organize these solutions as it helps the referees to solve a problem considered one of the most important problems that necessarily needs to be solved so, it is the treatment of this problem by knowing the extent of the ball passing with all its perimeter to the goal line depending on the other parts of the invention.

Λ - It Will operate at a system of touch-sensor screen from which it will be designed and the special pen used to mark on the process required to be done by the user.

B - It will be equipped with a certain communication system linking between it and the electronic range, ray range, computer, arbitration team headset and the other parts.

C - It will be equipped with a specific alert system.

D - It will be equipped with schedules and information on the match and 0 needed by the arbitration team in the playground, but with a new way.

Name of invention: GOAL WALL

Invention Disclosure:

In some matches lhe refcrrer faces the problem of inability to determine the extent of the ball with its full circumference to the goal line, this resolution at this moment can possibly determine the world champion and the page, for this reason the invention tales its importance to address tills problem through (the ability to identify if the ball entered the goal with its full circumference or not) so we can give the championship find page to those who deserve. Technical Field:

This invention is designed to detect the entry of the ball to the goal with all its measuring through lhe net rays, the inside electronic goal, and the transparent vents in the outer modified goal, it is also working to assist the referees in the management of the game excellently, and keeps all die information of the game and the players through the electronic memory and the computer. Technical Background:

When one of the players kicking the ball in the game of the team (a) towards the goal of the team (b) the ball beyond the line of the goal and one player of the team (a) set it away, in this case the decision of determine the goal depends on referrer experience and his abilities. There arc many players who oppose the referrer decisions and doubt in it and so the role of the invention comes to solve this problem as the following:

When one of the players kicking the ball in the game of the team (a) towards tine goal of the team (b) and the ball beyond the line of the goal, the sensor cameras will work through the vents in the outer modified goal to record the moment of the ball passing to the outer modified goal line, until the ball penetrate the existing wall rays in the goal rays, which in turn send signals to the communication system to be used in the invention to the inside electronic goal giving alert that certain body penetrate the wall of rays, which in return sends signals to certain watches and headphones of the refereeing crew and give certain indications to the referrer to inform him that the ball entered with its full circumference inside the goal, in the same time the electronic goal sends signals to the match watchers inside the control room. The watches record the time of the ball passing to the goal line and the computers record these signals and the signals time, the computers' memory will save these signals and arbitration decisions added Io the match information.

Industrial method of applying the invention:

Be applied as follows:

A) Design the goal of rays to look like as rays wall through creation type of radiation that do not affect lhe human, and can discover the material that will be added to the ball. β) design the internal electronic goal to have a number of devices capable of coordinating and linking with oLher devices of the invention, the goal of rays must be linked with the communications system to be used in the invention and with the arbitration crew's watches and headphones, and the computer.

C) Design external goal has transparent vents made from hard and nonbrcakablc material, lhe vents all the cameras to record all sides of the ball at Lhe moment of passing the goal's line until crossing the rays * wall.

D) Design accurate cameras capable of rapid imaging of the ball, and must contain the ball official FlFA dimensions to determine the extent of entry the goal.

E) Provided the ball with a certain material through the layers of the ball or the ball threads, in order to be detected when it crosses the goal.

F) Design watches that work with (touch screen through the pen that will be allocated to it) containing all the information needed by the arbitration crew in the playground, also includes a memory to save all the decisions taken by the arbitration crew, they will also be provided with Communication system links between them and other parts of the invention.

G) Design program capable of sending all the decision taken by the arbitration crew in the playground or through the watch or the electronic net via the communication system to the computer in the room of the match monitors or referrerjj watchers.

( I) Provide the invention with certain communications system to be able to link all parts of the invention.

Detailed explanation of all parts of the invention:

1) Sensor camera: The figure shows the inside lens of the camera, point (a) represents the line in the middle of the camera, which is in turn represent the goal's line, point (b) represents the line at the end of lhe camera, which in turn represents the beginning range of rays - Figure No. 1 - ie, if they ball passed the point (a) and did not loach the point (b), and one of the players kicked it away, in this case it is not a score, in case the ball has passed the point (a) and touch lhe point (b) and kicked or not kicked away by one of the players, in this case it is recorded as a score. The job of Sensor Imaging cameras:

These Sensor Tmaging cameras help sensing and imaging the ball since the ball crossed the goal until touching the ray goal, it also provides the possibility of referring to it through the recording after any match due to its direct contact with a certain communication system with a computer, which will be in the arbitrators' or referees' monitors room to identify the moment of the ball crossing the goal line until the ray goal.

The cameras will be put in a form making the imaging surrounding for each camera cross with the surrounding of the other camera so that the cameras in this way include every corner of the goal.

As for the location of cameras, they will be put in special internal electronic goal linking between lhe cameras, ray and the wireless device that connects between lhe watches and headphones of referees and the computer. Figure (2)

2 - Internal Electronic Goal: Its Location:

Its design:

It will be designed in such a manner to make it smaller than the original goal of the stadium so that it is set in this goal and will also be equipped with sensor imaging cameras and communication devices linking between it and lhe ray goal, watches and headphones of the arbitration team and the computer. 3 - The Modified Outer Coal:

Its Design:

It will be designed to contuin a transparent openings made of certain material so that theisensor imaging cameras can film from the moment the ball crosses the goal line to touching the ray goal and the transparent openings will be designed so that when the goal be touched a one piece. Figure (4)

4- Electronic Memory:

Electronic Memory helps: a. To keeping information related every match separately with the possibility of adjustment by the Football Association officials. b. This memory forms (the arbitral process) for the arbitrators Lo be consulted by the arbitrator himself or by the Internationa) Federation or the game.

5 - Arbitration team watch: Its Objective:

Helping the arbitration team in the quick registration of the match data due to the lack of time during the game and helping the arbitrators in the optimal management of the game and taking quick and correct decisions, as it helps to alert the arbitration team of touching the ball to ray range, this means calculating a correct goal. Its Contents: ιa. It Will operate at a system of touch-sensor screen from which it will be designed. b. It will be equipped with a certain communication system linking between it and the electronic range, ray range, computer, arbitration team headset and the other parts. c. Il will be equipped with a specific alert system. d. It will be equipped with schedules and information on the match and needed by the arbitration team in the playground, but with a new way.

6 - Detecting ray range (goal): Type of ray:

The type of ray depends on many factors, including: (the extent of its impact on the body of the player and the type of material existing in the ball to be detected etc.)

Ray Range location:

Behind the main goal of the playground, according to the measurement of the perimeter ol ' the used ball. Figure (5)

Method of ray detection range (goal) of the ball:

7- Communication systems:

Objective: the link between the devices contained in the invention.

(9) d. Any other location helping to coordinate between the parts of the invention. 8 - The ball:

There arc several forms of the ball, bul they harmonize on several key parts, for example: (compressed air layers in the ball and its lines... etc.) so. If we look at these parts we can see that it is possible to add a certain material detected by the ray range, this addition can be in several forms, including: a - The way of Threads:

Football contains several layers, it can be for example: (32 pieces, 26 pieces or 16 pieces .. etc.) compressed on each other but in the previous shape, it becomes clear to us through it as an example of the form of layers of the ball from the inside. concerning the colorful layer (red), it can reflect the layer through which the ray found in the goal detects the entry of the ball with all its perimeter in the goal.
