Abstract:
A mechanized construction method of a gob-side entry confined concrete supporting construction device, the method comprising the following steps: 1) after forming a gob-side entry, transporting a vertical column to a mounting position, operating a mechanical arm to clamp and erect the vertical column and mount the vertical column to a set position, adjusting a spacing adjustment structure at the top of the vertical column to make a second steel plate closely fit the top of the entry, and filling in supporting materials between the second steel plate and a first steel plate; 2) mounting a next vertical column and making the distance between the adjacent vertical columns a set distance; 3) mounting a lateral side protection device; 4) connecting the adjacent vertical columns using a connecting rib, clamping and hanging bent sections at the two ends of the connecting rib to connecting holes in the side surface of the two adjacent vertical columns, so that the lateral side protection device is located between the connecting rib and the sidewall of the entry; and 5) completing the mounting of the supporting side protection device according to steps 1) to 4). The mechanized mounting of the confined concrete vertical columns and the corresponding lateral connecting devices may be achieved by using the present method. The mounting process is time-saving and labor-saving, and the working efficiency is high. Also disclosed is a construction device used in the described construction method.
