Abstract:
The present invention relates to a gold nanoparticle preparation method and gold nanoparticles prepared by means of the method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) placing a gold (Au) target on a magnet cathode and injecting an argon (Ar) gas to generate plasma; (b) discharging powder of a compound having an unshared electron pair in an upward direction parallel to a vertical rotation axis inside a stirrer, to circulate and stir the powder vertically; and (c) discharging gold particles and bonding same to the compound having the unshared electron pair. The present invention relates to a method for obtaining gold nanoparticles bonded to a carrier, by means of vacuum deposition generally used for forming a thin film. The present invention may obtain high-purity gold nanoparticles in a high yield by means of niacinamide which is stirred by circulating vertically in a specific condition.
