Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an inexpensive golf club grip with improved grip sensation and hitting directivity. [Solution] A predetermined area (12) of this grip (10) has a dual layer construction. The grip (10) is provided with a grip main body (14) that is made from a soft resin, and an end cap (15) that is made from a hard resin. The grip main body (14) is insert-molded using the end cap (15) as an insert member. The end cap (15) is provided with a cylindrical part (13). The length of this cylindrical part (13) in the axial direction is set to a predetermined dimension. The cylindrical part (13) is inserted into the rear end of the grip main body (14). As a consequence, the torsional rigidity of the aforementioned area (12) is improved. The grip main body (14) is molded using a pin gate mold, and the gate burr (19) also serves as a marker to indicate the center of the grip.
