Abstract:
A golf club device is disclosed above, in which club there are contained a reinforcing member material and a fluid in the club shaft so that these contained subjects may help protect golfer arm and wrist joint at time of ball hitting by means of elbow phenomenon according as vibration generated by impact at time of ball hitting is absorbed stepwise through said fluid and said reinforcing member material as well as the flying distance of ball may be improved according as said fluid is concentrated in heart part at time of ball hitting.

GOLF CLUB Technical Field This device relates to a golf club, particularly that which has been made to protect golfer wrist or arm according as fluid has been injected in a shaft so that the fluid absorb stagewise the vibration generated at time of ball hitting in accordance with shaft slope as well as the club has been made to be able to improve the flying distance according as the fluid is concentrated at head part at time of ball hitting.

Backgroung Art Generally golf club is composed of a head to hit the ball and a shaft connected to the head, the upper part of which shaft having been made to form a handle.

Such golf club may be classified into three kinds of wood, iron and putter according to the purpose of use, each of which kinds is made in various types and sizes. Namely, wood is suitable for long shot while iron may be divided into long, medium or short iron for accurate medium distance shot. And putter is made in diverse forms to apply when putting ball on the green.

As has been well known, in choosing golf club as so many people became to play golf according to golf popularization, particularly in choosing to buy wood or iron, people bought to use golf club capable of long flying ball.

But, because conventional golf club shaft is simply made of cylindrical body and is not furnished with equipment unit capable of reducing the vibration generated at time of hitting ball in case of iron golf club

for long flying ball, the ball hit feeling is not good as vibration generated at time of ball hitting is transmitted unto the handle through shaft so that it gives overstrain to joints of wrist or arm etc., by accumulation of the vibration feeling when playing long time golf so as to cause joint part damage in severe cases.

There has been also other problem in case of traditional golf club that the flying distance is limited at time of ball hitting according as the club has a limited head size and capacity.

Disclosure of Invention As this device contrives to solve the above various problems, its purpose is to provide golf club where is contained reinforcing member material and fluid in shaft so that vibration generated by ball hit impact may be absorbed through said fluid and said reinforcing material as well as the ball fly distance may be farther as fluid becomes to be held at golf club bottom part according to golf club slope at time of ball hitting.

In Figure 1 of a golf club section view according to this device and Figure 2 of a golf club upset section view according to this device, a golf club according to Lhis device composes of a head 2 and a shaft 3 that comprises pipe body having a handle 4 at top, in which body a vibration absorption part is placed which is essential part of present device.

The above vibration absorption part is to absorb vibration transmitted through the above pipe body by using fluid loua, lOb, 10c, 10d, 10e by way of selectively leaving the above fluid 10a, lOb, 10c, 10d, 10e injected from upper injection port 8 and is composed of firstly upper-lower packing 5a, 5b that are inserted-fixed inside of pipe body handle 4 side and secondly respective fluid floating pipes 6a, 6b that are fixed to be protruded by a certain length to upper side of the above upper-lower packing 5a, 5b after respectively penetrating center of the above upper-lower packing 5a, 5b and is also made so that there may be prevented the leakage of fluid lOc that has passed the fluid floating pipe 6c at the above lower packing 5b side according as packing 5c is inserted fixed also inside of joint part side of pipe body head 2.

Here reinforcing member such as Styrofoam 7 may also be furnished at interval between the above lower packing 5b and the above packing 5c at joint part side so as to be able to reinforce shaft 3 while absorbing- dispersing vibration transmitted through pipe body.

Golf club comprised as above according to the present device does act according as follows.

At first as for the above fluid 10a, lOb, 10c, 10d, 10e, everything is usable including ordinary water and others except viscous liquids while user's body condition and liking preference shall be considered when injecting such fluid 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e through upper injection port 8 of shaft.

When golf club is erected upright, such fluid 10a, lOb, 10c, 10d, 10e injected into shaft 3 is made to fill a certain height up above packing 5c of head part side along as each fluid 10a, 10b is made to fill about : projection height of floating pipes 6a, 6b in space formed by the inside wall of pipe body and upper packing 5a, 5b ; but when golf club is taken up behind shoulder from this state in order to hit ball, because golf club direction is reversed, each fluid 10a, lOb, 10c is driven to handle part side through floating pipe 6a, 6b, 6c ; and when hitting ball by swinging golf club to the front downside, then fluid 10d, 10e which was surged to the handle part side is now made to float through each fluid floating pipe 6a, 6b, 6c.

Whence fluid 10d, 10e that is made to float through respective fluid floating pipe 6a, 6b, 6c cannot but float leaving that portion of projection height of floating pipe 6a, 6b of respective fluid 10a, 10b owing to golf club structure according to the present device so that this left remainder part of fluid 10a, 10b becomes the handle part and ultimately vibration at time of ball hitting can be dissipated by fluid 10a, 10b of this part though the vibration may be transmitted to the handle side through pipe body.

Meanwhile fluid 10c directed to downside through fluid floating pipe 6c of lower packing 5b side takes to play role of early absorption dissipation

of vibration transmitted through head part at time of ball hitting and additionally here comes effect to be able to fly the ball farther because here fluid 10d, 10e runs fast to head part side at time of swinging up so that the power is added up owing to the eccentric force.

On other hand, Styrofoam 7 furnished between head side packing 5c and packing 5b at lower part of shaft 3 is basically for sake of reinforcement of shaft 3 but as well it may play role to absorb-dissipate to some degree the vibration transmitted through pipe body according to the own absorptivity of Styrofoam.

Figure 3 shows other practice example according to present device where golf club shaft 3 is comprised by integratedly forming multiple fluid inflow canisters 11 integrally interconnected by intermediation of fluid inflow pipes 13 by manufacture process of injection etc. so as to be inserted fixed in golf club pipe body, which coincides with the above golf club practice example of present device in technical concept as well as may be said to make same effect.

And of course there may be inserted attached such reinforcing member as Styrofoam in between respective fluid inflow canisters 11 so as to play role of reinforcement and vibration absorption-dispersion in to the above practice example of present device.

Moreover though golf club vibration absorption method has been explained above, practice examples according to the present device may apply to other sports tools used in hitting ball and others.

As explained above, there are useful effects of present device that firstly the ball hit feeling is bettered as there is not given overstrain to joints of wrist'arm etc. even when playing golf for long time because golfer wrist and arm joints are protected according as vibration generated

at time of ball hitting is selectively absorbed in response to shaft slope, secondly the ball fly distance may be improved according as fluid is concentrated in head part at time of ball hitting, and thirdly shaft strength may be reinforced according as a reinforcing member material is contained in shaft.
