Abstract:
Provided is an insole which promotes rotation and the maintenance of a tilt angle of a motion axis, which is an axis of rotation of the inner side of both feet, during a golf swing. The thickness of a big toe root part (A) of the insole is made lowest, and then a heel inner part (B), a heel outer part (C), and a little toe root part (D) are gradually increased in thickness to maintain the tilt angle of the motion axis during a swing, which prevents the balls of the feet from rising up due to centrifugal force caused by the swing, thereby suppressing movement of the center of gravity position to the small toe side, and smoothly promoting rotation originating at the balls of the feet.
