Abstract:
The present invention relates to a golf swing corrector using the moment of inertia, which can accurately correct golf swing motions, wherein the moment of inertia of a swing is not dispersed, but is concentrated on the shoulder by a weight corrector, which has been fabricated to limit the movement of the preceding arm during a golf swing, thereby improving the shoulder turn, the preceding arm is prevented from bending, until the follow-through, such that the swing arc becomes constant, thereby improving the accurate impact, and the correct buildup of muscle strength, which results from weight exercise, increases the flying distance. The preset invention provides a swing corrector for enlarging golf swing motions, comprising: a corrector protector (102), which protects the elbow such that the same does not fold, but unfolds, and which comprises a protector body (10) that has a containing portion (14) formed on the inner portion thereof; a swing correcting weight (104), which is contained in the containing portion (14) of the corrector protector (102), and which increases the weight towards the wrist during a swing such that, during a rotating motion of the arm and the shoulder for a swing, the weight is directed towards the outside of the radius of rotation, thereby enlarging the swing arc; and a connecting/fixing means (106) configured such that, after the corrector protector (102) is worn around the arm, the elbow is surrounded and retained such that the same does not bend, wherein the swing correcting weight (104) comprises a base weight (20) and a centrifugal weight (22), and the centrifugal weight (22) is formed such that the length (B) of the centrifugal weight is smaller than the length (A) of the base weight.
