Abstract:
A goods feeding device for a smart container, comprising a base (1) fixed within a smart container, and a goods feeding transfer device capable of moving back and forth on the base by means of a transmission device extending out from the smart container when feeding in goods and retreating back into the smart container after feeding in goods. The goods feeding transfer device comprises a large conveyer belt unit (2) and a goods distribution conveyer belt unit (3). The goods distribution conveyer belt unit is arranged on an outlet end of the large conveyer belt unit, and the transmission direction of the goods distribution conveyer belt unit is perpendicular to that of the large conveyer belt unit. The goods feeding device also comprises a transition plate (4) arranged between the large conveyer belt unit and the goods distribution conveyer belt unit, a pressing plate (10) arranged above the transition plate and used for moving downwards to press second goods next to first goods when the first goods are fed in, and a goods distribution conveyance push plate mechanism (5) arranged on one side of the goods distribution conveyer belt unit. The goods distribution conveyance push plate mechanism comprises a small push plate (52) and a large push plate (51). After the large push plate and the small push plate synchronously move a certain distance from an initial position, the large push plate is limited to stop, and the small push plate continues to move a certain distance relative to the large push plate. The large push plate does not move while the small push plate returns, and when the small push plate and the large push plate combine, the two plates synchronously return to the initial position. The present goods feeding device automatically feeds in goods via a preset control program, thereby increasing goods feeding efficiency and goods feeding accuracy.
